Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing and implementing care quality plans
• Manage medication administration pursuant to orders
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ needs




• Monitor emotional and physical well-being of residents
• Orient current hires and evaluate performance of PSWs
Requirements:
• Registered nurse in good standing with Ontario College
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Minimum two years' experience in geriatric settings
• Supervisory and emergency management capabilities
