What you'll do

- Maintain Department Organization and Standards Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
- Stock Rotation and Product Quality Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
- Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
- Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Merchandising and Feature Maintenance Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
- Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
