Join BGC Jane and Finch as a Youth Mentor to uplift and inspire young people through engaging activities and positive relationships. This seasonal position runs from September 2024 to June 2025.
As a Youth Mentor, you will help implement programs that develop participants’ skills while supporting their emotional and social growth. You’ll work closely with BGC’s leadership to foster environments that respect and encourage youth engagement. Daily responsibilities will include managing recreational areas, organizing activities, and ensuring open communication with community partners, all while upholding BGC values.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and supervision during activities




• Engage youth in academic and recreational pursuits
• Organize diverse activities like cooking and sports

Requirements:
• Experience in recreation or mentorship roles
