In this part time role, you will enhance customer relationships as you represent AEO. You'll utilize the AEO Selling Model to help guests find what they need, along with sharing your love for our products. Your ability to adapt in various store areas will keep the workflow seamless, while your proactive problem-solving skills ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers
• Educate guests about product details and features
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom duties
• Resolve guest inquiries in line with company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Retail experience is a plus
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong passion for AEO and Aerie products
• Capability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment
