B Café Partner

Reporting to: Food & Beverage Operations Manager

B Café Hours: Monday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Partner to join our B Café team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service while preparing quality beverages, assisting with food service, and ensuring the café is clean, organized, and well stocked.

Availability Requirements

Successful applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including both weekdays and weekends, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Key Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous guest service experience in a cafe environment
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Smart Serve certification required
- Bilingualism is considered an asset




- Open availability, including weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, skilled, and welcoming manner
- Prepare high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks
- Answer guest questions and make beverage recommendations
- Serve food items and assist with café service
- Operate the cash register and process guest transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Ensure the coffee bar is fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all food and beverage handling, Health & Safety, and sanitation procedures
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage
