Collaborate with development teams and implement cutting-edge AI/ML technologies in your quality engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide Quality Engineers in technical skills • Define and implement overall quality engineering strategy • Collaborate on quality gates and acceptance criteria • Architect scalable test automation frameworks • Lead troubleshooting for complex defects across platforms
Requirements: • 8+ years in quality assurance with leadership experience • 3+ years leading or mentoring quality engineering teams • Expert in Python automation and ETL testing • Advanced SQL Server skills for data validation • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and test management tools
