Lever • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications • Assess candidates to match qualifications and cultural fit • Assist in administrative recruiting processes and report generation
Requirements: • 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience • Understanding of ATS systems, especially Lever • Competency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing • High attention to detail and multitasking abilities • Robust verbal and written communication skills
