As a Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain, you'll play a key role in delivering quality ski and snowboard experiences this season. Join a supportive team dedicated to fostering an inclusive and enjoyable environment, while ensuring guests receive excellent instruction. You'll keep lessons current and participate in ongoing training to enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct high-quality lessons for ski and snowboard guests • Foster guest relationships through exceptional service • Assist in greeting and welcoming guests before lessons • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times • Engage in daily career development training
Requirements: • Hold a minimum Level 1 C.A.S.I. or C.S.I.A. certification • Teaching experience preferred within ski instruction • Able to work comfortably with children • Flexibility for evening and holiday hours • At least 18 years for background checks
