AiGC is seeking a Manager, Technology Services to lead the delivery of secure, reliable, and user ‑ centred technology services that enable staff to work effectively and support the organization’s growth and digital maturity. Why Join AiGC?

In this role, you will oversee the full technology services portfolio, including service desk operations, Microsoft 365, cloud and network infrastructure, and technology asset and licensing management. You will play a critical leadership role in building and maturing technology services in a fast-growing, highly regulated environment. In this role, you will contribute to: Technology Services Leadership Lead end-user computing, service desk, and workplace technology services. Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality technology service delivery. Drive improvements in service performance, usability, and user satisfaction. Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and network services. Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and well governed. Provide hands‑on technical leadership and support implementation activities. Licensing, Assets & Vendors Manage technology licensing, subscriptions, and renewals.



Oversee asset lifecycle management and cost optimization. Lead vendor and managed service provider relationships. Lead and develop a high‑performing technology services function. Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align priorities. Provide strategic advice on service performance, risks, and improvements. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership. Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), Microsoft 365, and enterprise infrastructure. Strong vendor management and service delivery experience. Working Conditions Based in Edmonton.
