You're the on-site face ofPro West, guiding your crew, solving problems fast, and making sure every homeowner feels confident about what's happening on their roof.Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential (and occasional commercial) solar installations, ensuring quality and schedule alignmentPlan daily workflow, adapt to site conditions, and troubleshoot technical issues quicklyDeliver an excellent customer experience: clear explanations, respectful presence,
