In this essential role, you will report to the Logistics Supervisor and be responsible for the safe transportation of products. You'll demonstrate excellence in customer interaction, manage product returns efficiently, and maintain thorough paperwork. The ideal candidate should be adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a delivery van and conduct inspections
• Deliver products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process returns and provide credit notes
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Communicate discrepancies to the Dispatch Office
Requirements:
• Minimum 9 months of driving experience required
• Valid G/Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• No major driving violations in the last year
• Ability to frequently lift/carry 35 lbs.
