We are expanding our operations and preparing for a potential highway maintenance contract. The Equipment Operator will utilize equipment such as snowplow trucks and graders. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety and a strong work ethic as they assist in equipment maintenance and ensure a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities: • Adhere to safety regulations and operating procedures • Receive daily instructions from the site foreman • Manage fueling and fluid levels in equipment accurately • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of machinery • Ensure cleanliness around the job site and equipment

Requirements: • Hands-on experience with highway maintenance equipment • Knowledge of maintenance and construction activities • Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license is a plus • Willingness to work day and night shifts • Solid initiative and HSE fundamentals
