In this full-time Server position, you will work closely with the Front of House Team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your strong food and beverage knowledge will be crucial in providing recommendations and answering inquiries. You'll diligently monitor food quality and presentation to meet O&B; standards, while ensuring a clean and welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure guest satisfaction through stellar service
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and drink offerings
• Coordinate orders accurately with the POS system
• Safeguard food quality and cleanliness in your area
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Required: Smart Serve Certification
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
