As a Crew Leader in Field Operations, you will direct a team responsible for installing and removing tents for festivals and corporate events. You are expected to supervise crew members, communicate with management, and ensure all equipment is safely handled before and after events. Solid leadership and time management skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise timely installation and removal of tents
• Coordinate instructions with Field Managers and Dispatchers
• Oversee crew in preparing and returning equipment




• Ensure proper communication with clients regarding job details
• Assist in training staff on machinery usage
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Two years supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Must pass background check and drug test
