In this full time position at North Glenmore Club, you will be responsible for coordinating programs that ensure children and families feel supported. You’ll implement quality programming, manage budgets, and address staff needs while maintaining high standards and compliance. Your supervisory experience will be crucial in fostering a cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily operations of the School-Aged Child Care program
• Recruit and onboard program staff and volunteers
• Provide performance feedback and resolve staff issues




• Maintain accurate client and program records confidentially
• Work with management on program evaluations and development
Requirements:
• Three years of related experience with one year in a supervisory role
• Diploma in a relevant social service field
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid Certification
• Class 4 Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain
