Lead the Immigration Branch's compliance operations with the Department of Labour, Skills, and Immigration in Halifax. This term position requires strong leadership and investigative skills to ensure program integrity.
As a Manager of Investigations and Compliance, you will oversee a team dedicated to upholding compliance standards within immigration programs. You will also be responsible for addressing operational issues and mitigating fraud risks while mentoring your team to meet departmental objectives. This role involves a high degree of partnership and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct investigations and compliance operations efficiently • Address operational issues with stakeholders • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks • Provide explicit guidance on complex legislative matters • Manage financial and human resources effectively
Requirements: • Degree in audit, business administration, or law • 3–5 years of management experience required • Proven experience in leading investigations • Strong writing and communication skills • Ability to navigate challenging situations
