As a Service Millwright, reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing maintenance tasks and resolving client concerns. Your responsibilities will range from on-site service calls to overseeing larger installations, ensuring machinery operates efficiently. You will also manage customer interactions and third-party vendors to deliver unmatched service quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Travel to customer sites for maintenance and repairs • Diagnose machinery issues efficiently and effectively • Oversee installations,
ensuring pre-start inspections are done • Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process • Collaborate with vendors for optimal outcomes
Requirements: • Obtain Red Seal Millwright certification • Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required • Customer-focused approach in all interactions • Ability to tackle problems with creative solutions • Experience in mining or natural resource sectors a plus
