Process full-cycle, multi-provincial Canadian semi-monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees using ADP Workforce Now Review, validate, and send semi-monthly payroll funding wires and payroll comparison reports for approval Audit payroll registers and employee records for accuracy, compliance, and completeness Process employee terminations, final pay calculations, and vacation payout entitlements Analyze, calculate, and prepare payroll input data Administer Short-Term Disability payments Prepare and distribute Records of Employment, pay statements, and payroll documentation Coordinate mid-month, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities with Finance Support payroll reporting, access reviews, and third-party audits Respond to employee payroll inquiries Reconcile and remit pension contributions, RRSP deductions, garnishments, and statutory deductions Administer remittances to government agencies including EHT, WSIB/WCB, and CNESST Verify, reconcile, and produce annual T4 slips and year-end tax reporting Prepare and issue T2200 forms and process amendments Generate payroll reports and submissions for Statistics Canada Prepare annual remuneration and compensation reporting Create and maintain ADP Workforce Now user accounts and credentials for new hires Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements Requirements

College/post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of end-to-end payroll administration or payroll specialist experience Multi-provincial payroll experience Advantages Administration and PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation are an asset Experience with payroll systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, UKG, Workday, SAP,



or Oracle HCM Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and payroll/HRIS systems Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-provincial payroll administration and compliance. Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems, with strong analytical skills for data accuracy and reporting. Highest-signal resume keywords
