In this role, you will utilize your qualifications as an Oil Burner Technician, holding an OBT1 or Red Seal ticket, to oversee the operation of oil-fired heating systems on site. This role requires daily monitoring and documentation of all HVAC and incinerated systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain and operate ventilation raises and heating equipment • Conduct regular burner test runs and log results • Oversee periodic maintenance of boilers and furnaces • Complete inspections and document processes in JDEdwards • Prepare for seasonal overhauls of heating units

Requirements: • Certified as an OBT1 or Red Seal Technician • Experience with oil-fired systems, up to 71 GPH • Mechanical experience of 2 to 5 years • Knowledge of commercial HVAC required • Mining experience considered a plus
