Become a crucial part of Herschel Supply's team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. Ensure efficient inventory flow and manage third-party logistics to uphold high operational standards.
In this role, you'll facilitate product movement and maintain inventory integrity across our global 3PL network. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will utilize your detail-oriented skills to monitor daily warehouse production and ensure that assigned partners meet established service levels. Your expertise in operational workflows will support both domestic and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily warehouse production and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage inbound shipments and maintain transaction accuracy
• Update shipment tracking and notify Sales Operations of inventory issues




• Reconcile inventory balances across ERP and WMS systems
• Drive inventory governance and support physical inventory counts
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or inventory control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data presentation
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication for internal and 3PL collaboration
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
