Essential Requirements The Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections.



Ensures that the customer receive world class customer service and sales support.

Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to build relationships with customers. This position requires solid multitasking. The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections. Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. A valid driver license is required and a clean driver record.
