As the Community Engagement Fundraising Coordinator, you'll lead fundraising initiatives that align with MHC's strategic goals. Your focus will be on developing relationships with donors and community stakeholders to maximize support through effective campaigns and events. You will also prepare reports and showcase the impact of donations to inspire continued engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead donor stewardship initiatives in fundraising efforts • Develop and execute impactful fundraising campaigns • Maintain solid relationships with donors and community partners • Create and manage digital presence and communications • Represent MHC at local events and meetings

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in non-profit management or similar • 3-5 years experience in fundraising or related fields • Excellent communication and organization skills • Familiarity with social media and digital engagement • Understanding of ethical fundraising standards
