In this role, you will plan, schedule, and optimize production processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Your ability to balance labor resources and material availability will be key to supporting operational success. Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand and respond to changes effectively while working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update production schedules based on priorities
• Analyze manufacturing constraints and optimize workflows




• Serve as a liaison between various departments
• Ensure accurate production outputs and timely updates
• Participate in strategic business planning meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling role
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems including Epicor
• Proficient in advanced Excel techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams
