Wajax is seeking a Heavy Duty Technician in Fort McMurray. This role focuses on servicing and repairing heavy equipment both in office and in the shop, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

As a Heavy Duty Technician with Wajax, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and components, working closely with customers and ensuring equipment readiness. With your trade certification and experience in mechanical repairs, you will conduct thorough inspections and communicate effectively with clients about service needs and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Inspect and diagnose components for servicing needs • Communicate service authorization with customers • Service and repair equipment in shop and on-site • Recondition components for engine and hydraulic repairs • Maintain service records and complete work orders

Requirements: • Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal status • 2-3 years of relevant work experience • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to Health & Safety procedures
