AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

New to Automotive Sales? That's Okay.We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, hardworking, and excited to grow.

Automotive experience is an asset, but it isn't required for the right person.

If you've worked in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, telecommunications, real estate, or another people-focused industry, we'd love to meet you.If you have the right mindset, we'll teach you the automotive business.

What You'll Do

- Meet with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
- Manage customer relationships through our CRM system
- Learn product knowledge and continuously improve your sales skills
- Work with the team to deliver a smooth and professional buying experience
- Represent Victoria AutoBahn with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism

Assistant Sales Manager

We're also looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to join Victoria AutoBahn as an Assistant Sales Manager.T his position is ideal for someone who has proven themselves in automotive sales and is ready to take on additional responsibility, help lead a sales team, and grow into a management role.

What You'll Do

- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day sales operation
- Assist with managing and motivating the sales team
- Work alongside Sales Consultants to help structure and close deals
- Assist with customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Help monitor and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Coach newer Sales Consultants on product knowledge, customer service, and the sales process
- Assist with CRM management and accountability
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and energetic showroom
- Participate in vehicle demonstrations and customer negotiations
- Help drive monthly sales and performance goals
- Step in for the Sales Manager when required
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture

The Ideal Assistant Sales Manager We're looking for someone who:✔ Has proven automotive sales experience
