About the Job

AiGC is seeking an Account Manager, Stakeholder Engagement to support the delivery of our stakeholder engagement framework and contribute to effective relationship management across the regulated iGaming ecosystem.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contracts & Stakeholder Engagement, this role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, maintaining engagement processes and documentation, tracking inquiries and outcomes, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will also support account management activities and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and responsive stakeholder service.

About the Role In this role you will own:

Stakeholder Engagement

- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of AiGC's stakeholder engagement framework.
- Maintain engagement templates, guidance materials,



workplans, and supporting documentation.
- Support planning and execution of stakeholder engagement activities.
- Track stakeholder inquiries, responses, decisions, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Compile engagement information and prepare summaries and reports for internal audiences.
- Support continuous improvement of engagement tools, processes, and practices.

Account Management Support

- Support Account Managers with stakeholder and operator relationship activities.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation activities using established processes and tools.
- Coordinate responses to routine inquiries by working with internal subject matter experts.
- Maintain stakeholder records, correspondence, contact information, and action items.
- Monitor shared service channels and ensure inquiries are routed appropriately.
- Identify emerging issues and escalate matters when required.

Communications and Coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop coordinated and consistent responses to stakeholder inquiries.
- Draft correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, engagement summaries, and other communication materials.
- Support the development of public-facing information and engagement resources.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders,



operators, partners, and internal teams.

Program Administration and Reporting

- Maintain trackers, dashboards, records, and document repositories.
- Gather, organize, and analyze information for reporting and decision-making.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions.
- Support operational initiatives and cross-functional projects.

What You Bring

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in business administration, communications, public administration, public relations, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, communications, program coordination, customer service, account support, or a related area.
- Experience coordinating projects, meetings, stakeholder activities, or communications.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, or briefing materials.
- Experience in government, a Crown corporation, a regulated industry, or a service-oriented workplace is considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM systems, or stakeholder management tools is an asset.
