We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can manage day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple entities with accuracy and efficiency. Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including accounts such as prepaids, insurance, and other assigned accounts.





Support AR and AP clerks with accounting-related tasks Assist with resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts, vendor accounts, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. Support the month-end close process, including the preparation of reconciliations, schedules, and supporting reports. Assist with financial reporting and other accounting-related projects as required.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies. Perform other bookkeeping and accounting duties as assigned. 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience is required ~ Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel is required ~ Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and HST returns ~ As a Bookkeeper, you will be a trusted member of our finance team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities.
