The BCTF is seeking four career education members for the Ministry's Work Experience Program Guide Revision Team. This project focuses on creating a new two-credit Work Experience program that aims to enhance flexibility and accessibility for students. By participating, you will contribute your insights to overcome existing barriers in placements and ensure positive learning experiences for all students, including those with diverse abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to developing the WEX program guide language
• Advise on the course Learning Standards for the two-credit model




• Suggest consistent approaches to work placement durations
• Help draft applicable real-world examples for coding
• Attend virtual and in-person meetings for collaboration
Requirements:
• Active BCTF membership status
• Experience in teaching Work Experience 12
• Familiarity with Career-Life Education programs
• Ability to engage in a hybrid working workplace
• Seek balance in diversity within the team
