Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and manage costs across regional clinics
• Conduct regular financial reviews to identify performance gaps
• Ensure clinics align with organizational policies and standards




• Coach clinic managers to improve operational execution
• Report regional performance metrics to the Director of Operations
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of relevant leadership experience in multi-site operations
• Proven record with P&L; management and operational performance
• Strong skills in relationship building and communication
• Comfort in field-based leadership with frequent travels
• Experience in dental or healthcare operations is preferred
