In this impactful role, you will report to the Recreation Manager and assist in developing fun and meaningful programs for residents. Your responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining key records, and ensuring effective communication with residents and staff. Successful candidates will have a solid desire to work with the elderly and be part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities: • Organize and implement resident-focused programs • Maintain and evaluate records of activities and participation • Foster communication with residents, families, and volunteers • Attend educational sessions relevant to elderly care • Assist residents during meals and activities

Requirements: • College diploma in relevant fields such as Gerontology • Prior experience with senior services • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check required
