As the Coordinator, you will ensure all logistics related to guest transfers operate smoothly, resolving complications and improving service delivery. Your keen organizational abilities and customer service skills will support seamless transportation between key areas, ensuring each guest enjoys unforgettable experiences during their stay. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee guest transportation exchanges and logistics
• Manage communications between guests and lodges




• Maintain the food and beverage service on transportation
• Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries
• Implement health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• 1-2 years in a professional office setting
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
• Experience in luxury service environments preferred
• Background in the ski industry is a plus
