You'll participate in professional development to enhance your evidence-based practice and improve overall care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social and family assessments • Provide ongoing individual and family counseling • Advocate for patient services and supports • Collaborate with the nurse coordinator for continuity of care • Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
Requirements: • M.S.W. or B.S.W. graduate from an accredited program • Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatric health care • Knowledge of crisis and trauma intervention • Fluent in English and French • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
