He or she ensures the accuracy of data and documents and acts as a resource person in the processing of files.RESPONSIBILITIESReceive sales and rental contracts and enter them in the system database at a high pace; Validate the accuracy of the data and documents; Obtain further information required for incomplete documents; File physical and virtual records in an accessible and organized manner; Respond to requests for information on relevant files; Help withthe year-end inventory count; Perform any other task requested by the Controller.REQUIRED PROFILEHigh school diplomaMinimum of 1 year of relevant experienceFrench and English required,
