As a Manual Production Operator, you will be key to our production processes at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada. This role requires you to set up and operate manual processes, perform inspections, and maintain quality standards. • Set up and operate manual production processes daily • Perform troubleshooting to resolve production issues • Conduct inspections of your own work quality • Record data accurately in production tracking systems • Train fellow operators as required

Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 diploma • Adequate computer skills for accessing production procedures • Ability to read and interpret production prints • Strong understanding of 5S housekeeping standards • Clear communication skills for team collaboration
