SUMMARYUnder limited supervision, the Field Service supervisor functions as the lead of a fieldservice team and oversees technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively. TheSupervisor is involved in team decisions, hiring, training, and is required to make sure theteam follows all SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.JOB DUTIESDevelops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements.Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job.Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.Ensures the service team adheres to all current SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.Assists Manager and/or
