Lead the Parts Department at Colonial Honda
The Parts Department is at the heart of a successful dealership, keeping Service, Sales, and customers moving.
Colonial Honda is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive the people, processes, and performance behind it.
This is an opportunity for an automotive Parts leader who understands that success is about more than inventory. You’ll lead a team, build strong supplier relationships, improve processes, manage profitability, and ensure our technicians and customers get the right parts at the right time.

What You Will Own
Lead the Team Hire, train, and support Parts Advisors while setting clear expectations and measurable goals. Create a professional,customer-focusedenvironment where accountability and teamwork drive results.
Run a Tight Operation Manage purchasing, inventory levels, and stock control to keep the department efficient and profitable. Monitor trends, control obsolescence, coordinate recalls with Service, and ensure daily accuracy in receiving and invoicing.
Drive Financial Performance Set monthly targets, manage the department budget, analyzesalesand expense reports, andidentifyopportunities to improve margins and workflow.
Strengthen Relationships Build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers while supporting dealership growth through smart promotions and market awareness.
Protect the Business Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and actively contribute to dealership leadership discussions and strategy.
What You Bring
Proven experience in automotive parts management is must
Strong knowledge of parts inventory systems, supply chain, and dealership operations
Financial and analytical skills to manage budgets and maximize profitability
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team
Strong communicationskills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
