Description

As a Baker on the production team, your first priority is guest satisfaction. You take pride in preparing high-quality bakery and menu items that guests know and love. You may also help support guest service when needed, and you respond to special requests with a friendly, respectful attitude.

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines to ensure every item is made with care. You help maintain a clean, organized workspace through regular cleanup, keep your work area neat and professional, work to minimize food waste, and support freshness and quality in every product you prepare.

In a fast-paced environment, your energy and dedication help keep the team moving. Your ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with coworkers supports smooth production and a great guest experience—every shift.

Requirements

Able to work full-time or part-time shifts with flexibility to meet production and store needs.

Follow Tim Hortons recipes, portioning, and baking procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

Maintain fast, accurate prep and baking during peak and off-peak periods.

Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards including proper glove use and temperature controls.





Keep a clean, organized work area by completing assigned cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Monitor and manage dough, baking cycles, and product freshness to ensure items are served at their best.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail to meet quality targets and avoid waste.

Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and shift leads.

Lift, stand, and move throughout the shift in a busy kitchen setting.

Handle bakery equipment safely and report maintenance needs right away.
