In this nationally scoped leadership position, you will oversee a team of specialists and manage complex bids for low voltage electrical distribution systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate global sales support strategies into actionable national execution models • Define and govern bid strategy frameworks to enhance resource allocation • Develop competitive bids integrating multi-division solutions • Advise Sales Leadership on pricing strategy and deal shaping • Lead a team of Configuration & Quotation Specialists for high performance
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering • Minimum 8 years experience in electrical systems and bid management • Proven leadership in complex bid environments • Solid knowledge of low voltage distribution markets • Proficiency in English; French skills are an asset
