Elevate your career as an Accounts Receivable Qualified with Third Space Properties, managing key financial activities for tenant accounts. This role focuses on accuracy and efficiency in receivables management. Supporting the Income Producing Property (IPP) accounting team, you will handle tenant accounting tasks, including processing rent rolls, chargebacks, and PAD payments.

A keen attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities are essential for managing tenant transactions and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Record and manage tenant receipts by cheque and EFT
- Oversee and process all PAD payments
- Create, review, and post rent rolls using Yardi Voyager 7S




- Handle tenant move-in and move-out accounting tasks
- Assist Property Accountants with reconciliations and reports

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accounting, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of residential property management highly valued
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Yardi Voyager 7S
- Detail-oriented and organized with positive communication
