Continuously review, update, and monitor group discounts for affinity-related pricing and business objectives

Review and update profit-sharing strategies for AMG regulatory and contractual requirements

Perform profitability, growth, retention, and acquisition analyses to optimize affinity group performance

Develop pricing recommendations and business cases for new affinity partnerships and strategic growth initiatives

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and AMG stakeholders

Assess financial impacts of pricing, regulatory, contractual, and competitive market changes on affinity portfolios

Recommend appropriate actions based on analysis

Act as a subject matter expert on affinity pricing

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners

Report to the Actuarial Manager

Implement pricing strategies and coach junior actuaries to achieve business objectives

Requirements

- University degree in Actuarial Science or related field
- Minimum SOA (P, FM) and CAS exams completion
- 5+ years of related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency and interest in programming, notably with SQL and R
- Robust aptitude for teamwork
- Autonomous and resilient; shows initiative and creativity
