In this newly established role, you will work directly with the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, conducting vital market research to identify strategic acquisition targets. Your responsibilities will extend from financial modeling to post-acquisition integration, ensuring that you contribute significantly to Dillon’s mission of continuous improvement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research for acquisition targets • Create financial models to assess acquisition value • Coordinate thorough due diligence activities • Assist in drafting investment documents and memos • Manage post-merger integration and performance tracking
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related • 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields • Proficient in advanced Excel financial modeling • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities • Solid interpersonal skills for team integration
