As a facilitator, you will guide group activities that boost numeracy in a collaborative setting. You'll demonstrate robust facilitator skills while supporting volunteer tutors. Your focus will be on creating meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child's needs, ultimately fostering their academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead math sessions for children in grades 5-8
• Deliver programs based on structured lesson plans
• Assess and adjust activities to meet learning gaps
• Mentorship for both students and volunteer tutors
• Maintain accurate records of participant progress
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in educational programming
• Relevant degree or ongoing education in related fields
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite
• Valid First Aid/CPR and driver's license
• Necessary vulnerable sector check
