The City of Edmonton is looking for a Project Manager who will drive improvement initiatives within the Department Strategy Section. You will partner with various stakeholders to design effective solutions. This role demands a strong communicator with experience in project management, strategic planning, and an understanding of the public sector landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire project life-cycle, from business case to reporting
• Conduct research on best practices and emerging technologies
• Oversee performance measures to track project success




• Engage with internal teams and community partners for integration
• Champion initiatives in committees to foster improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in business administration or similar field
• Minimum five years of relevant project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in public sector environments is an asset
• Skills in data analysis and communication are essential
