A leading organization in the natural resources sector is seeking a PROJECT COMMERCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST to support the delivery of large-scale capital projects. This role is responsible for executing procurement and contracting strategies, managing service agreements, and supporting project performance through effective commercial oversight.Work Location: Vancouver with periodic travel to project sites across BCContract Duration: 1 year with possible extensionEmployment Type: Independent ContractorKey ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end procurement of services including engineering, consulting, and site support servicesDevelop and execute contracting strategies aligned with project objectivesPrepare and issue tender documentation, manage bid evaluations, and support award recommendationsNegotiate commercial terms and draft service agreements and contract documentsManage contract variations, extensions,
