Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored mental health nursing within clients' homes • Carry out thorough clinical assessments and implement care plans • Maintain safety with effective risk management strategies • Administer medications and monitor clients' health • Collaborate closely with a small, supportive care team
Requirements: • Minimum of 12 months UK RMN experience • Confidence in risk management and physical intervention • Experience with PBS frameworks or trauma-informed care • Strong decision-making and clinical judgement skills • Commitment to continuity and excellence in client care
