In this position, you will deliver crucial services to expectant parents and families with young children. Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits, promoting positive parenting, and assisting families in accessing vital community resources. You’ll also help support early childhood development initiatives and foster family wellness through workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular home visits for education and support
• Assist families with community resource access
• Promote positive parenting and healthy pregnancies
• Facilitate educational activities and workshops
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience with children and families
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture preferred
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills
• Valid Manitoba Driver's Licence is a must
