Support the Digital Products and Innovation team in developing and delivering engagement initiatives focused on change and transformation

Plan and execute business change strategies with relevant digital teams

Serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders to support a coherent, unified strategy

Work with business leaders to ensure they become change sponsors

Support the design, development, delivery and management of project communications

Manage internal communications for the Digital Products and Innovation team

Contribute to modernization of CBC/Radio-Canada’s digital ecosystem and its resilience in an evolving media environment

Collaborate closely with various departments

Requirements Undergraduate degree in business administration or a combination of relevant training/experience

Five or more years' relevant experience in a similar role

Experience working on digital projects

Experience in organizational change and user adoption

Conflict mediation skills

Ability to identify business issues and challenges

Creative writing skills for various communication channels

Ability to analyze and make complex information understandable

Influential leadership and ability to foster participatory collaboration

Good general knowledge and high degree of curiosity

Keen interest in innovation and technology

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Critical mind, diligence, independence and resourcefulness

Excellent communication skills

Practical knowledge of change management approaches involving people, processes and technologies
