FLiiP is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (AI & Growth) to own paid acquisition end-to-end, build measurement stacks (GTM, server-side GTM, GA4, CAPI), and create AI-assisted marketing pipelines. This hybrid role is based near Montreal, with 2–3 days at our Brossard office, collaborating with sales, GTM Engineering, design, and branding teams.
You’ll work on AI agents, automate workflows, and craft scalable campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more, driving CAC, LTV, and ROAS
