This full-time position based in Burlington, Kitchener, Mississauga, or Bowmanville requires a seasoned expert in contract administration. You will manage teams on diverse projects and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with contractors, clients, and municipal officials to drive project success and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in contract administration for infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with environmental and municipal regulations
• Facilitate construction progress meetings and communications




• Oversee documentation and prepare progress reports
• Mentor junior staff in best practices and processes
Requirements:
• Proven leadership with a minimum of 7 years in contract administration
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and documentation
• Robust communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
