Support vulnerable adults as a Tenant Support Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society in Duncan, BC. Engage in a casual role focused on assistance and skill development for residents.

In this position, reported to the Site Manager, your mission is to empower tenants through education and ongoing support. You'll create and implement service plans that address individual challenges and work to maintain tenants' independence. Key Responsibilities: • Engage in intake processes and service evaluations • Assess tenant needs and develop appropriate support plans • Ensure all basic requirements are effectively met • Maintain accurate documentation and statistical information • Support and guide volunteers and practicum students

Requirements: • Diploma in Community Social Service required • Two years of pertinent experience necessary • Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License if required • OFA Level 1 First Aid Certificate
